Yes. Factory AC kits are usually made from flimsy, opaque plastic that blocks your view and natural light. We use premium, optical-grade acrylic that is crystal clear, UV-resistant, and provides a much tighter seal to keep the hot air out and lower your hydro bill.

Once you approve your final design proof, fabrication takes about 5 to 7 business days. We know how brutal a Vancouver heatwave can be, so our team works diligently to get your panel cut and ready as quickly as possible without sacrificing precision.

Yes! While we can safely ship our panels across BC and North America, locals can save on shipping by picking up their finished orders directly from the Klo Lab fabrication shop on East 1st Avenue in Vancouver. We will notify you the moment it’s ready.

We use premium 3/16" thick acrylic for all of our AC window panels. Many of our competitors cut costs by using thinner 1/8" material, which can bow, flex, or rattle when your heavy AC exhaust hose kicks on. Our 3/16" material provides a rigid, architectural-grade fit that won't warp over time and helps better insulate your room.
