Customize a clear plexiglass window panel for your portable air conditioner unit, complete with a custom exhaust hole that clips into your AC panel. Fabricated from a durable 3/16” (4.5 mm) thickness, your plexiglass panel can be cut to fit any window or door and let in natural light as they are completely transparent. The plexiglass stops the hot exhaust air from re-entering your home. Bring on the heat without sacrificing aesthetics!
Simply select from the drop-down menu the smaller dimension your custom plexiglass AC panel falls into. For example, if you’d like your panel size to be 19” W x 49” H, you can select the 18” to 23” range from the drop-down menu since 19” falls into this range.
You can enter the exact height x width measurements after clicking “checkout”.
Once your order is placed, please email a diagram with measurements for your custom AC panel along with a photo of your adapter and the make and model of your portable AC unit so we can match the exhaust hole cut-out. You can also drop off your diagram and your adapter at our shop. You’ll receive a design proof to ensure all the details are correct before we begin production.
You can install your plexiglass insert for your portable AC with velcro strips. We include 6 FT with your order. This allows you to add and remove your plexiglass panel whenever you like, easily.
Each clear plexiglass panel is custom-cut and designed to fit your space and AC unit. They are made-to-order and CNC cut in our Vancouver shop. Our turnaround is 5-7days from when your order is placed and your design proof is approved.

Provide AC Details – After ordering, send us your portable AC model and a photo of your exhaust adapter to ensure a precise vent cutout. You’ll receive a design proof so you can double-check the details and approve it before it goes into production. Our turnaround is 5-7 days from when you approve your design proof.
Install with Ease – Once received, simply place the panel inside your door track and attach the Velcro strips for a secure, temporary seal.

We use premium 3/16" thick acrylic for all of our AC window panels. Many of our competitors cut costs by using thinner 1/8" material, which can bow, flex, or rattle when your heavy AC exhaust hose kicks on. Our 3/16" material provides a rigid, architectural-grade fit that won't warp over time and helps better insulate your room.
